Complaints process

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer service at all times, however we understand there may be times when these expectations are not met.

If you are looking to raise a compaint, please follow the complaints process which outlines what you can expect from us in terms of response times and our escalation process if you are still not satisfied.

1: Speak to a Manager - Please contact the branch manager where you bought your vehicle from, or the aftersales manager if it is related to servicing. Please allow one working day for a response.

2: Speak to our Customer Care Team - If you are not satisfied with your response from the branch manager, please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@rightcar.co.uk. Please allow atleast 20 working days for a full investigation to take place and further response to be made.

3: Refer the dispute - If your complaint cannot be resolved after you have contacted us, or you are unsatisfied with the results of our investigation then please contact Trading Standards or Financial Ombudsman Service.
